Why not?

Today I got into a sort of argument at work. It was raised that people who "want it their way" at fast food are a pain in the ass....so I just had to jump up and stand up for the witw folk (of which I am one). Okay, I understand their points. It is indeed called FAST food, but I still think as a customer I am entitled to a little customization. Am I right here!
I only eat fast food maybe twice a year so I probably am a nightmare. .....ah. lost the strain and desire now. Too much gogurt on the floor and sleeve. bleeh

My God it is Cold!
There is snow all over the roads and I cannot get out to get presents for anyone I may have missed. Sorry Pocky.
I have not wrapped a thing yet.
My cats slept in the gift bag I was going to reuse.
Everyone at work crapped out when I needed them. I could drive in the snow....why can't you??
My kitty kitty is missing and I fear the worst since it was 17 degrees as I drove in from work today. Where is he?
This snow is not going to thaw until Sunday.
It is going to be even colder tonight and I will probably have to work then too since the people working tonight won't show....and I have my shift tomorrow to cover too.
Will they show on Saturday????
I'm supposed to have Monday off for a vacation day, but I know I will wind up working this weekend and that is going to blow that.....and my holiday on top of it.
I have nothing to knit right now, but way too much yarn it seems.
My household is in foul mood.
Life sucks.

She's a winner

I have finally made peace with the Suss. I am more than half way done and good thing too. My other yarn arrived and now I cannot wait to cast on for the sweater. Too too much to do.

I came home today to find a man wearing a skirt and eating a sandwich waiting on the bus in my front yard. He wore a plaid skirt (mid-calf) and green stocking cap. Did I mention the patchwork jacket. He was a total trip. I had to watch him until his bus arrived. Definitely one of the stranger things I have seen lately.

I need to compose a Xmas list.

The Five

Four times I tried last night, but failed each times. You suck! How can anyone take so much and leave so little I will never know. Now I am left with next to nothing.

Halloween is approaching soon and I already have too much to do. The haunted house is going fine but something needs to be changed. I cannot figure out what will give it that little bit of ommph it needs. I stood opposed to the addition of the movie characters (really is anyone afraid of Freddy anymore), but was shot down. Now we have both a Jason and a Freddy. I still think if any movie monster should be added it would be Leatherface, but oh well....Outvoted again. The kids seem to be having fun and that is all that is important.
